Ah. I think the poppy is more Canadian than UK. Flander's'fields and John McCrae and all. Wooo Canada. I was just wondering if you had a similar thing in the states. We wear ours for about 2 weeks more or less. The problem with them is they ALWAYS fall off. Somehow this year my Dad put mine on and I'm not entirely sure how it has stayed...haha. I dont want to fiddle with it though.

I'm being patient until I get to get out of here.

I also sent my resume to a friend to submit to her company. She even walked it down the hall to give it to the proper person instead of emailing it. She talked me up while she was there. She found out the company already has someone in mind for that position, but the person she gave my resume to liked my resume and said she'd look and see if they had anything I'd be a fit for.

Cheers! I am sipping a nice white with a bowl of vegetable soup I made this weekend. All the ingredients came from the farmers market on Sunday. Well, for the soup that is. And I stirred in a bit of pesto from the basil I grew this summer. The wine is from Sonoma. I also got very domestic and made some home made sourdough croutons. I do this nesting thing occasionally. Then I revert to takeout for months at a time. BTW, I can't wait to try your veggie lasagna in C'bad.

sounds lovely. Had I known, I would have sped up for dinner.
