#100!!..........3.3 miles on the treadmill....just jogged really easy and enjoyed the idea that I did 100.  I suppose I'll just keep going and increasing bit by bit.  My body seems to respond really well to running every day.  I basically ran my PF injury away.

The only thing I can say I really don't like about counting like this is that it makes 100 days go by really fast.  At this point in my life, I'm not much interested in things going by any faster than they do.

I guess I'll shoot for 200 as I start my IM build.  I need to get back in the pool and on the bike, something I have not done in 2 months as I let the streak play out.  Time will tell if I can continue the run streak as I add swim and bike.

Still....a good time.

Here's something interesting.....I don't weigh myself, so I can't give a number, but my guess is that I've GAINED 6-10 lbs. in the last two months when I quit biking and swimming and just concentrated on running.

Life is good!

Running makes ya fat I knew it!!!

Congrats on getting to double digits in your streak. You can keep the streak going while swimming and biking but you may have to cut the miles back depending on the amount of time you have available to train.

navbtcret - 2012-12-18 1:15 PM Day 391 4.25 mile easy run

I am as intrigued by you doing "only" a 4.25 mile run.  I would have thought with the mileage you put in in a week that the minimum you would run would be in the 8 mile range or so...

I usually do a minumum of 5 daily right now but I haf other things going on so I was had to cut te=he run short yesterday, I'll make up for it after work today with probably around 22 miles.

Day 393 with 5 miles on the dreadmill. It is real windy and a cold rain outside today. If it was snowing I would've ran outside though. First time on the dreadmill in at least 10 months, maybe more.

Ran on the DREADmill last night...almost died of boredom...was going to run for 1 hour, stopped at 40 minutes and vowed to never run on that damn thing again!

Day 396 with a cold, snowy 26.2 mile run. It was a step back week for me this week but I still ended up running 83.3 miles. I could get use to this weekly milage.
