Can I count my pool running minutes? Senja, I see no issue with this... In that case: This is where I am right now, and I'll be able to finish up the run by the end of the week. |

Elite 2552 Evans, GA | Subject: RE: March S-B-R Team Red Rockets thread I'll probably squeak in their with the swimming, but the other stuff should be over. The swims alloted more time in the program than it took me to do them and I missed some workouts while on call and whatnot. I'll try my best to make it for the swimming. |

As a team we have met 75.4% of our goals. 18.2% is 6/33 red 0's have turned to Green 1's. You get a green 1 when you meet a goal for S, B, or R. You have one of these green 1's by getting your swim goal nailed this past week, great job! Overall we're at 46.8% total (avg of 75% & 18%)

Master 2379 Alpharetta, GA | Subject: RE: March S-B-R Team Red Rockets thread As of this morning:
23 seconds left to complete my swim, I've got a 3-hr ride scheduled for Saturday, a run planned this evening and Friday. Depending upon how long I run this evening, I *may* run tomorrow as well and/or after the ride. All of this said, "It's in the bag..." |

Master 2379 Alpharetta, GA | Subject: RE: March S-B-R Team Red Rockets thread Finally, 1 of 3..."DONE"
Still planning on 2.5 to 3 hr ride tomorrow with "the boys" (friends who are training for IMLP)...and a run after. I'd planned to put in closer to 60 minutes this morning, so tomorrow's post-ride run would be ~25, but ran out of time (due to that thing called "get ready for work". Call me crazy, but I may try and do another LSD-pace jog through the n'hood this evening to knock off a bit more time. I will not let RED down. |

Master 1748 Port Moody, BC | Subject: RE: March S-B-R Team Red Rockets thread Way to go Donto! and everyone else, I skimmed through are team roster this morning and there looked like a lot of great effort this month! I am going to finish all my goals by Saturday if it kills me. I had a great brick last night with a bike and a run, although I ran with a huge cramp for most of my trek. With only Friday and Saturday left, I think that EVERYONE can but out some extra effort and finish this month off really stong. How bad do you want this???? RRRRRAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! They shouldn't: "OK, this is the main thread for the March Tri-sport challenge. The proposed teams are below. I added one more day (April1st), couldn't pass on having fools day in the challenge! Seriously since the weeks end on Sunday, 1 more day on a weekend, at the end, can't hurt." |

Expert 1187 Ontario | Subject: RE: March S-B-R Team Red Rockets thread I'm feeling like a big loser... I didn't do anything yesterday (except clean house all day because we've decided to sell our house and move AGAIN). Today is beautiful outside and I'm stuck at work for 12 hours today and tomorrow. Sunday is my only hope of training and I don't think I can make up the 6 hours biking and 20 miles running that I lack. Overall I'm really happy with the amount of training I did this month, I obviously was way over ambitious in my goals (especially since I only got my bike at the beginning of March). I have let the team down big time and I feel really bad about that. SORRY red rockets.. my rocket blew up and came to a screeching halt this week. |

No Worries - I've done the same thing, and bitten off more than I can chew. You just learn from this month, and set more realistic goals for yourself next month. It's all good! IMHO, the challenges are here to help us get out and stretch ourselves. If you're happy with what you did, then the challenge has done it's job! |
