So, if i do 2 different rides on the same day, one in the am and one in the PM, does that count as 1 stage or 2??

I think as long as you log them as separate rides in your training log they count as 2 separate rides.

They must each be longer than 15 minutes to count separately as well

I had a delightful 90 minutes on the bike tonight.

My RR is up from my ocean swim race over the weekend.

Good morning everyone!

I have fallen a bit behind. I missed rides on Saturday and Sunday because of a bad back. I'm not sure I'll get today's ride in either. I was on my feet for 7 hours photographing my niece's wedding on Saturday. By Saturday evening I could barely stand up.

Maybe it's contagious.... I hurt my back too. Can't stand up. (Well, I can -- but I'm on about a 90 degree angle.) Looks lovely....

Got in my third ride today.  I am positive I can get in one more before next week.  Biking is starting to feel a little uncomfortable.

I did a short & easy ride tonight.  Think I'm going to ride my tri bike for a couple rides this week, it's been a while since I've been out on her.  Tried to raise the saddle again (it was lowered by the bike shop when my legs were acting up).  I couldn't get the torque on the tool to loosen the screws.

WOOHOO!

I am way behind because of my back, I need to adjust my goals because of it. I tried a trainer ride last night but it just wasn't happening.

Well, the back was starting to feel better. So, stoopid-me decided to pick something up. And now, the back is no longer feeling better. Yes, it was a stupidey-headed move. But I tend to do that kind of thing. LOL

Hello Team BMC! Can you do the other teams a favor and get your spreadsheet up to date? We can't figure out which team is in the lead because some riders are not logging cumulative data. For example, on your spreadsheet Queen Zipp's stage totals are decreasing. Thanks.

Team standings as best as I can tell:

1. Garmin 90.01% complete
2. Liquigas 73.37%
3. Quickstep 71.65%
4. Leopard Trek 66.79%
5. Sky 49.69%
6. BMC - can't tell from their spreadsheet

For all teams, I did not include data from riders who completed less than 10% of their stated goal.

Hm. Maybe we don't want the spreadsheet to update.

Sneaky.

I admit, I have been a slacker.  I hurt my back and need to adjust my goals, but doing math hurts my head. I just can't win.
