I was kinda lazy last week and now I'm behind schedule, the icy weather didn't help but I'll get back on track! Hoping to be at 10,000 by the end of sunday.

I was able to get in 1000 this morning in a very crowded 3 lane pool, I'm at 3k/10k. The big 25 lane Y pool is currently closed for repairs so of course everyone is coming to ours and making it hectic. I think I'll pull out the wetsuit and do an OWS for the next one.

Let's keep up the great work teammates, were #2 but only by a hair!

Hope the hamstring is doing okay!

I think that ice storm you had is heading our way, in the form of lots of snow for the weekend. Hope you have power.

It has been a lazy week for me as far as workouts go. Been too busy at work. I put in 2000 yards yesterday and hope for some more tomorrow.

Just finished tacking another 1700 yds on to my total.  I'm now at 7700 for the month and officially past the 50% mark.  Planning to get in one more this week.

Keep rockin', Nutcrackers!

No ice storms here. Temps in the low 80s for the past few days. Crazy! But I am with you on the work issue. Always the way before a holiday.

Swim on, 'Crackers!

I want to go where you are. We are at 25 F and some sort of mix of snow, sleet and rain is coming down. I did get to the pool this morning it was as cold as it is outsideSurprised, but I got 1700 yards in. Shouldn't be a problem finishing up my 15000 yards by next week.

Swim on! Lets push for second place this week.

Nice weather here too, though it's supposed to get chilly this weekend.  I'd really like some snow, though.

Knocked off another 1000yds this AM - now at 8700 (of 14950)...

Keep up the good work, NN's

We're supposed to get some snow and cold here, just more opportunities to swim. I need them, last night's workout was no fun, I had some very painful pressure built up in my ear, had to cut the swim short.

slake707 - 2007-12-11 11:33 PM Put in another 1,300. This puts me at 10,000m for the month which is 100% of goal. So I met my original goal, but will continue at close to the current pace to see where I can get. Hope everyone else is swimming.

Slake707,
I'd suggest that you increase your goal since you are already 100% for the month. Great job on all the work!

I think I should double up my goal from 10,000 to 20,000.

Put in another 1,000 the other day, and 2,000 today. I am up to 13,000m for the month. Everyone may now return to swimming

Checking in for Dec. 1-14:

Goal for month: 360 minutes
255 completed.

Noticable improvements for me this month in the pool.  The extra drills are paying off.  YEAH!

OK everyone, I'll be checking the logs later today for last weeks swimming sub-totals.  I was able to get to the pool yesterday for 1500 yards, that puts me at 4.5k/10k but still a bit behind the 52% mark up to that point.

GOod job DONTO!!

I knocked off another 2100 this morning and plan on at least two more swims this week that'll put me close to goal.  I may bump up the number as a result.

Keep up the good work NUTS!

I'm here too!  I've got 320 out of 360 minutes completed.  I should be at 100% tomorrow, but I'm still swimming at least twice next week.  My form is really starting to come together.  Don't want to let it go just because the challenge is over.

Merry Christmas guys!

Haven't died, just froze!

Actually, I am on track for my goal. Right now I am about 75% and I think over the holiday may end up doing less swims but when I get to the pool may have to swim longer.

Is there somewhere we are supposed to log our swim yards?
