Subject: RE: Nates' group full and ready to goTip #4 T1 and T2 After I watched this video I learned something new to try...never though of keeping the googles and swim cap in the sleeve of the wet suit. Thats why I love this sport always learning... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=brHcsqKM_mohttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HH6Bc3kiVGMI also will practice these at least once a month ( I also do a "clinic" for our tri club on transitions for new people in the spring time ( so if you live in ontario and feel like making a road trip ![](https://beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/images/emoticons/smile.gif) I`II let you know when ). Go to a school near by and you can use there bike rack or have your kid hold your bike. Running while mounting your bike is easier then you think as well, after 6 tries in practice you will get it. I almost always pass 5 to 6 people who have stopped to mount during a race. Not stopping while dismounting you will pass people as well so practice swinging your leg over the back like he shows. If your new to wet suits make sure you practice removing it quickly. This is something you can practice at home. When I bought my 1st wetsuit I would put it on upstairs in my room then run around the house for a few minutes then take it off, repeating this a few time a week all the while getting funny looks from my kids.
