Thanks Michael. I have been using ice and it does help to some degree. I was able to get out again this morning for another ride and am now through stage 8. That puts me over the half-way mark. Dan |

Michael Great job but don't bust yourself up over a challenge, if you need to rest you need to rest. What kind of pedals do you use? I have heard people with knee issues talk about liking speedplays because of the float.

Champion 9060 Charlottesville, Virginia | Subject: RE: Saunier Duval Team Thread I really want to talk some smack to other teams but no one else is doing it. Saunier Duval is the #1 team and last stage was #1 and #2 with Ricco not too far away. He has gotten alot of press so far with his 2 stage wins and was in the pack right behind teammates in the last stage.

Master 1841 Sendai, Japan | Subject: RE: Saunier Duval Team Thread I'm through stage 9 today although I kept the ride to a short 45 minutes. Tony: the knee issue is an ongoing problem that I'm trying to figure out. I originally thought it was running, but it is has been showing up even after I stopped running. I'll have to look into those speedplays. I haven't seen them yet in the shops here. Needless to say, Shimano commands a significant market share. Chris: nice rides! |

Champion 9060 Charlottesville, Virginia | Subject: RE: Saunier Duval Team Thread Cat said we could change our team if we wanted to, up to everyone else. I am pretty dissapointed myself. I kind of followed the tour in the past and maybe rooted for a rider or two but this was the first year I was following an entire team and looked forward to going home and seeing how each of the team memers did... Now I just don't have nearly as much interest in the results...

I've got no problem continuing the challenge as Saunier Duval Team. I say let's concentrate on kicking a little a$$ - and let the other teams spend the energy on the smack talk. Let's win this thing! |
