I need 3 stages and about 100km.

If it stops raining I will do a short stage tonight and then ride Saturday and Sunday, so I should have reached 100% Sunday afternoon

Hey guys - I have asked Cat to drop me out of the challenge as of last Sunday (my last ride). I pulled my calf muscle thursday and can't pedal. I tried ice, ibuprofen, calcium, magnesium, rolling with a ball, and cursing, but still can't pedal. Stoopid "equipment failure". Anyway, I hope that taking out 1/3 of my tour days will average out with the stages I did accomplish and won't leave you all in the lurch.

I'm kinda bummed - I won't be able to do my duathlon next weekend either. Frown Instead I will cheer for my friends who are and that's good too. More cowbell!!

Logged my last ride, which was a part of my race yesterday.  I fell quite a bit short of my goal, but I set my goal quite high, and unexpectedly had to taper for yesterday's race which I wasn't planning to when this challenge started.

The good news is I posted the 42nd fastest bike split out of 583 finishers.  I have a RR up in my race log if you don't mind reading a novel.

Great job to everyone as well.  I came up pretty short on my goal.  I was shooting for something higher but work and life got involved which limited the training.  Oh well glad to be on a team that took 2nd in the real TdF
