Went to the library a picked up "Sky Burial"  I had never heard of it, but unfortunately, there were no copies o f"The Kite Runner" in (42 copies in circulation and 40 holds on it)

Read all of "Sky Burial" today.  It was a great fast read and an awesome true story about a Chinese woman who doubts the military's reports of her new husband dying in the Tibetan War.  She goes in search of him and it takes 30 years for her to learn the real story of what happened.  It's a beautiful story, even though the ending kind of sucks because the author has never been able to locate the woman again to find out the rest of the woman's story.  At the end of the book there is a letter from the author asking the woman to please contact the publisher, kind o fodd, never really seen anything like it at the end of the book.

A definite must read if you enjoy learning about other cultures and their ways of life.

and the car bill came to $907.... (now I've got a cough)

i actually forgot Im on conference from the 17 march for 3 days so the team check ins that week will have to be delayed or I will haveto get someone to take the reigns...

But apart from that I think Im ok... spread some Nibbins through a few teams and now Im just sitting tight trying to get the teams balanced, finish coming up with the names, and waiting to see if there are any more sign ups!
