Hello! I am trying to get the group list into my blog, and it's not working. I've tried inserting it the way I would a picture (right click on image, click on properties, copy url, in blog click on little tree "insert/edit image" button and paste url). That doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong???

Thanks! I am in the slow technology group!

Hi Jocelyn,

Click on quote for the post, click on html, then copy & paste everything from

Ok I am still confused, after the control panel, where do you paste it? K

Yea but look at my photo do I really look like a Kendra? There is a reason they call me Lucy, and no Grace is NOT my middle name!

ah, but what is a Kendra supposed to look like? But I'm guessing you've got the red hair thing going. Mine used to be strawberry blonde (thats in the red family, LOL)

I guess I should introduce myself. I am Kendra, I am 33 with two children (5 & 9). This was going to be my first year racing, but 4 weeks b-4 my first race, I slipped on the ice and broke my leg. The good thing is the day b-4 the accident I ran the race distance and had good times!! Gotta look at the positives. I am 6 weeks post injury and on the mend. So I have sat around losing muscle mass long enough. B-4 the injury I had been running for fun a year and a half. I am an investigator for the State, and love my job - most of the time. My HB is an autobody man, and no he does not run around BT, but rather runs away from it! Lucy

I love the story about hte footprints through the snow. My friend was a cop in Idaho and solved his first case via the footprints in the snow. Took him right to the guys house, who was sitting there with all the stuff.

I have also noticed that we have two Scotts on the team. Okay everyone, we need first and middle names to see how many more "twins" we have on the team. LOL

Hi there what part of MT? I am a Montana girl stuck in Idaho..K

I'm living in Northwest Montana, Kalispell. It's about 100 miles north of Missoula, very close to Glacier National Park, which is my favorite place to play. Originally I'm from Spokane, Washington, but Montana feels like home What part of Idaho are you living in?

Welcome, Kendra. I am in extreme south west Montana. Dillon, on I15. I am doing the Rigby Lake Tri on May 25th. Are you near there?

Hmmm, the link I have for kns57 - Kendra leads me to someone's empty log. You are all going to need to replace the incorrect code with the following:

Thanks, Roni! I am on dial up, so it does take me some time to accomplish stuff. If I keep up with it daily, it shouldn't be too bad. If I get behind, I'll call on ya'!

Soooo sorry for the confusion!

My fault Heidi. One of the earlier charts had this mistake in it. The most recent chart I posted (a combination of yours and mine) has all the correct links with ilucy2 added.

mornin' pineapples.
planning on a bit of a fartlek today. i've found that i've been doing too much LSD, and not enough speed work. yesterday i turned on a LITTLE speed, and today i'm suffering!! my body hurts. but the actual running felt really good. kind of reminded me why i fell in love with running in the first place!!
so is there a complete chart? i've seen a few, but is there a final one??
also, i'm trying to talk a friend of mine in to joining the BT community, and this challenge, so IF i can get her to hook up, can she be on our team?? is that ok? i asked her about it yesterday and she was all intimidated and scared, she doesn't really "get" that we're ALL "beginners" here yet!! LOL

anyway, just thought i'd jump in this morning and say haloo, i'll log after my run.

Hi all,

I am sick and really think that I shouldn´t exercise today. Will see.I just got up (4pm) ater nightshift and I am off now til Friday evening.

I asked JEN that I have to put my challenge goals down as I have so much stress in my life this month that adding one with putting too high numbers up would not be good.

New Goals:

8K swimming

150K biking

50K run/walk/crosstrainer

I probably go way over but I rather go over then not reach it. I can´t predit how the month will go so rather stay low and reach then stay high and make you all miserable because of me

Thanks HEIDI for being our Captain and have a great day everyone

Couldn't get motivated to do my long run this morning, so I did a 5k at noon for my maiden voyage in the new shoes.  Will hit the trainer and the weights tonight and put in the long miles tomorrow.
