Thank God that Triathlon can and has given us control of our health again. This is with my mom and my wife. Now time to train and loose some of that weight. Ah! here we go about a year later. This is me at 186lbs in December 2007. In January 2008 I started my weightloss journey with healthy eating habits and a lot of exercise.
And this is a picture from today at 120lbs. I am done with my weightloss journey, but not done living a healthy liftstyle.... That I am planning on doing for the rest of my life. Good luck to everybody tri'ing for weightloss..... Nobody says that it is going to be easy, but it will be all worth it in the end! Wow, what an accomplishment! Great job, keep it up! |

This is me (on the left) at the Martian 1/2 Marathon in April 2008 (I weigh the same now as I did on that day): 155lbs.
I did get down into the 130s which helped my speed a lot. My weight still fluctuates a lot. I have to constantly eat well. There has been no end to my struggle but I don't give up! Edited by Bronwyn1968 2008-12-30 4:58 PM |

 After  HEIDI. again, thanks ever so much. i couldnt for the life of me get these post. WELL, THERE I AM IN ALL MY GLORY. the photo on the left, NOVEMBER 2006 - 188#, reached goal weight in May 2007 the photo on the right, AUGUST 2008 128# i lost 62 pounds total, and have MAINTAINED (which is MUCH HARDER than losing) for a year and eight months. my life is SO different now. i dont even recognize myself 'before' im just not that person anymore... heres to ALL of us!
