Test results...max pushups 77...3 more than before I started. Max pullups 34...2 more than before I started. Good improvements, but I thought I'd be a little better than that. Week 3, Day 1 of the pushups challenge was good. 25, 17, 17, 15, 55...I'm satisfied with that. But Week 3, Day 1 of the pullups...well, rounds 1 thru 4 were ok, but let's just say I didn't get to 25 on round 5. I only got thru 12 and my arms just stopped working. I don't think I'm gonna adhere to the minimum on the max round for the pullups. I'll be stuck at Week 3, Day 1 forever if I do that. |
