None have been started recently. Either they have broken, or quietly accept the reality that nothing will kill TAN. I'm also thinking of taking the girlfriend to Vegas since she has never been there..of course it would be the weekend of silverman and maybe I'll be recovered for a 1/2 Iron so we both get something out of the deal That would be cool. But just thinking. I was not up for going out before the race (to be ready for it) and I was mess after. Doing it up in Vegas after a long race could be rough. You need LOTS of energy for this town. However, the pools would be a GREAT location to recover. (And show off that tri body to all the ladies!) it be a very laid back lay by the pool and watch the guys hit on my GF and since I"m too tired to pick up a chair to hit them it would work out very well Trust me she is the hot one of the duo Maybe about you.... |

Hey if it helps at all.. supposedly I've been training for my IM for a while now and I'm totally undertrained also.. you did the 70.3 at kansas right .. think of it as a 1.2 mile swim for each pair of goggles |

The run was awesome! OK OK OK I'll stick with it for now. I'm just wavering in my commitment. Seriously, though, look at my training logs. Like other logs, they stink. |
