Well, I'm at 213.5. Not as good as I thought it would be, given some midweek losses (yes, I do tend to step on the scale between weigh-ins). I'll do better next week, though!
Don't worry about being late -- as you can see, I'm not great about getting the chart out on time either... work has been crazy busy this week, but I'll get it up tomorrow for sure!

I have good news and bad news. Bad news is tha the scale I use is out of commission at the gym for now. Good news is I don't know what direction it would have gone and now I'll have another week to make sure it's going down.
Back at 240lbs this morning, not bad considering i had two weddings and 1000 miles of driving this past 4 days, workouts should be good this week and i have a sprint tri this weekend.
