Just slapped down the Visa again.  I am officially IN!!

Is there anyone else out there who volunteered at IM WI 08 and got a voucher to sign up for 2009?  I did this with a group of friends and I am the last one who hasn't got the confirmation email yet.  Have you?  They said not to bug them until the 18th, but everyone who went with me has theirs.

BUG THEM!  I got the priority signup on Sat. for helping out with the '09 registration, and found that I wasn't listed.

You were supposed to get a confirmation e-mail by TODAY, Sept. 15, 2008.  If not, contact them.

I didn't get a confirmation email either.  Sending bugging email NOW

Did you ever hear back from IM re: your registration problems? My husband and I did the athletes' onsite registration on Saturday, and we still are not listed on active's pulldown menu (IM didn't tell us anything about a confirmation e-mail...but we haven't rec'd one of those either). I sent messages to both NA Sports and the Race Director (through Active.com) but I haven't gotten a response from either. Thanks!

Good to know I'm not the only one having registration issues!!  I never received my confirmation email either.  After some back and forth with NAsports, they told me today to send a copy of my form along with the check to them in the mail.  I'm a bit leary of doing that but will do what they say.  They also said I'd be omitted from the entry deadline (whenever that is!).

I'm still waiting to hear back once again because I really wanted to purchase banquet tickets online knowing there probably won't be any left at registration next year.

Grrr.  :P

If you have the confirmation sheet and it has the certificate number, then:

Send an e-mail to Jamie Cameron at [email protected]
He assisted me with the online database problem.

Provide you needed information -
1). Name that you had on the certificate that you signed up on that Sat.
2). The 4-digit certificate number that was listed on your white confirmation registration sheet that you received back on that Sat.
3). e-mail
4). phone number
5). IF NEEDED, then supply your birthdate, but only if he asks. It is needed for entering the site - it will be your password.

Thanks for the info but I think my check already went out the door.  I immediately ran down to the mailroom at work and put my copy of my form and check in the mail, UPS 2nd Day Air.  It should reach the NAsports office by the end of day on Friday. 

 I may be out of luck with the banquet tickets but will just have to be first in the registration line for them!

1stTimeTri - You don't happen to know someone at the NA sports offices, do you?  I've managed to find out that they have my check there, but am dealing with someone who won't answer my questions throroughly.  I just want to know when it will be processed.  I just want to see my name on the list already!!! 

 I may try calling them before the day is up to see what the deal is.  I'm done waiting around!
