Hi Monsters,

Good News! I have finally put together a team spreadsheet for you!

It is located here: http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=pfYL7DR_dx-AwevOXAbuQZw&hl=en

To access you need to login to google docs with the following info:

Login: btchallenge

PWD: challengeforum

I have everyones goals from initial sign in... if Ive missed your please add it to the spreadsheet. Im still working on the formulas so please be aware this are not correct yet.

One thing further... the totals will be cumulative so in week 2 you would type in the total achieved for the month to date... this makes it easy as you can take it straight of your training log rather than working out your week by week total.

Sorry for the delay

Cat

When you get your miles in, put a not here & then we can post it on the main forum to let everyone know where we are towards our monthly goal.

I'm loggin now!!!

12-hour shift for me today.  If I feel o.k. after work I'll do a mile.  Tomorrow starts my Oly training plan with a Running focus, so the mileage will increase!!

Go Monsters!!!

Anyone else notice this about our chart  . That the mileage percent is out of 100 miles .

I tried to adjust but with no luck . Anyone know how to get the accumulated weekly mileage to get divided by each individual goal to give a completed percentage .

Cheers

Hey Monsters!

I just added 11 miles to my total today, bringing me to 24.29 miles or 32.4% for the month thus far.  I did log it in the spreadsheet, though I saw the same problem with the accumulated %s (being out of 100 rather than our goal).

Cat mentioned that the calculations weren't right yet, so I think she plans to fix them soon.  For now we can probably just put in our accumulated miles.

I am really impressed and humbled by the miles my team mates are running.  You are all an inpiration.  As they say here in Rhode Island-Wicked good job!

Today is my rest dayCool.  Do I get any mileage credit for cleaning the fridge?

Nice try on the miles for cleaning the fridge!

If I get miles for strolling around the block & vaccuming, you can take them for the fridge.

Cool

Thanks - Im looking at them at hte moment... basically the calcs will bre pretty simple:

Everyones % of goal achieved / number of people on the team

Youll need to plug in your cumulative total each week to get to calculate...

Just dont forget you cannot achieve over 100% - if you do I will be 'normalising' your result at 100% for team reporting.

You can INCREASE your goal at any time!

If you dont wnat to have to log in and out.. using the btchallenge login you can add yourself as a collaborator on the spreadsheet and then you have full access under your own login.

Just a tip

Hi Everyone!

Sorry I'm late to the party...I was travelling since last week Thursday.  Made a mess of my training...only managed to get in one run while I was away.  Man, Texas is HOT!  It was 80 degrees down there....in OCTOBER!!!  Give me the nice New England fall weather for running anyday.  Got in 5 miles this morning.  I'll run again this Friday and see if I can crack the first 10 miles of my 40 mile goal!  Great running, y'all.

Just added my 13 miles so far this month to the spreadsheet. I have a half mary on Sunday, so I'll probably only do 1 more short run this week before it. Then next week going to start running 5 days a week in prep for marathon training. Great job on all the awesome mileage everyone! Go Monsters!!!!

Hi Monsters!

I just visited our spreadsheet for the first time and added my miles...looked like some folks are starting over for week 2 and some are entering cumulative miles, so I had to read back and we're to be entering cumulative yet, correct?  My goal is 100 miles, so my %s are correct.

Thanks for putting the spreadsheet together.  Hope everyone is having a good week so far.
