You ever have one of those mornings where you get to the pool and you swear the workout called for 100's, but in fact it way 25's, and you wonder why today's workout is taking forever to finish?

uh....me neither....

(3200 yds later - a new record)

WooHoo!  Way to go!

I'm trying to imagine swimming 3200 yards.  Let's see, that's 900 yards times....blech, too much math.

well, as expected, progress so far shows that I'm a bit behind in running, but ahead on the bike and the swim. Ive started stretching more, and i think that's helping me feel better on the run so I hope to catch up. Just wish the warm weather would come, and stay!!

It's nice out there today.  Of course, it's my rest day.  It will probably be raining tomorrow when I run, but it's supposed to be warm.  One week until Spring!

I have been following my training plan with just a couple of extra minutes here and there, so I'm right where I'm supposed to be with everything.

I raced last weekend...ended up with two 4th places, cracked helmet, bruises, cuts/scratches, and a NEW HELMET! I have some biking to catch up on since I was mtn biking and the distances are much shorter then that of road racing! only raced 9 miles...Sat and 6 on Sunday....do we get double points for racing?

Hi,

My ankle is good and I'm back to my regular running. Yea!

It doesn't look like anyone is logging their workouts onto the spreadsheet. Please take the time to do this.

Thanks, Nicole

me too! still wondering...do we get to log our races as double points?

looks like I will be close on my biking...the others should be fine! and of all items to be low on!?! I love to bike but for some reason have not been able to get on it as much as usual! what is going on???? have to go get a new helmet before I ride today! my helmet I won in my race last week...was too small! surely it is just because of all the brains I have up there!

Ehhh, I seem to have caught a cold. Was pretty bad yesterday. May cost me a workout or two, but that's fine. It's a good time for a recovery week. I'm not going to push things.
