Those are awesome!  My kids would die to get their hands on those to wear at swim practice.

I have 3 neighbors doing this race, wish I was too.

It actually does have fins...that's the most entertaining swim cap I remember ever seeing.  Very funny.  Now let's see if my performance on Sunday morning is as entertaining!

I am bringing the kids and will keep the swim cap a surprise until the check in today.  Car is loaded and just about ready to head up from KW while a huge blob of rain is lurking in the straights.  Hopefully mother nature will get it out of her system before the start tomorrow.  I will track you down Velo but will not have my number to post.  Good luck sprinters!

P.S., the caps rock

Okay, how do you post a picture to a thread?  I've posted pictures and albums but the Help feature doesn't seem to work either.

I'm 396 for tomorrow.

Huh!

Like stated above if you have a picture some where on the internet (BT, Snapfish, Facebook, etc) you copy the URL for the image location and when in your post, click the "Tree" icon (when cursor is over it it'll say 'Insert/edit image'). It is next to the Anchor on the thread toolbar.  Another small window will pop up, in the first line you paste the URL for the photo  location then click on ;insert' on the bottom of the window.

I like Firefox for doing this as when you right click on an internet based photo you'll get a choice of "copy image location", aka URL.  I'm not sure about IE 8 but on the older versions you had to right click and go to the properties of the image, manually copy the URL then paste it in per above.

So I came home and jumped in the ocean for a swim using my new red fish cap.  By the time my swim was over I completely forgot I had it on.  I was starting to get a complex at all of the deep looks I was getting until a Japanese tourist came up from behind and asked for a photo and pointed to my head.  It was then when I realized it was not my work in process "tri body" that was getting the attention but my fish cap.  Bravo Multisport for the stunt and I cannot wait until my local sprint here in Key West when I can sport the fish!

So is it fair to say that the Trilogy 2 run was also not 3 miles as originally posted but more like the 3.25?

Yes...the distance is 3.25 miles....now...we can fix the Trilogy #2 RR...

wish i could have worn the cap during the bike.  the wing design would probably shave a good 30 seconds off my time.
