What's everyone's game plan this weekend? I want to stick with tracking my calories (on livestrong ), and keep on track!
I had my son take some before pictures of me, and I posted them on another private women's board I belong to. I think knowing those pictures are out there is really helping me keep focused. I set a date to update the pictures in 5 weeks and 10 weeks, so I've got that in the back of my mind.
Tomorrow I plan on doing a century ride (my first of the season ). I hope it's not terribly hot!
