I put together a participant chart for us so that we can inspire each other!  Just do a reply and go to the HTML button and copy the section from <table> to </table> and then go to your trainig page and edit your header area, click on the HTML button and then paste what was copied at the bottom of the text that comes up.  Just holler if you have questions...

Thanks for making the chart! I think I got it placed in my training log. I've never edited it before...

What's everyone's game plan this weekend? I want to stick with tracking my calories (on livestrong), and keep on track!

I had my son take some before pictures of me, and I posted them on another private women's board I belong to. I think knowing those pictures are out there is really helping me keep focused. I set a date to update the pictures in 5 weeks and 10 weeks, so I've got that in the back of my mind.

Tomorrow I plan on doing a century ride (my first of the season). I hope it's not terribly hot!

Have a great weekend everyone!

The pictures are a great idea.  My husband took some of me at the beach on fathers day but I haven't posted them anywhere yet... I think I will put them in my album here.  They are not flattering and are very motivating for me to lose the lbs.

My weekend plan :  Working Friday and Saturday night, will get out on my bike again on Sunday.

Yay! 146 this morning! I still have some more weight to go, but it's nice to see the scale moving in the right direction! (I was stuck @ 150 for several weeks...)

Congrats on the loss, Jenny!

I've been tracking my calories on DailyPlate, but I'm a little discouraged. My weight has been climbing... BUT my body fat % has gone down .5%

This morning I was 150.6

Hopefully the climb is due to sodium intake. I tend to weigh more on Mondays after my long weekend workouts. I started this challenge last Wednesday, so I'm hoping by Wednesday to see a loss! My BF has gone from 34.1% to 33.4%

Actually the BF% if probably a more important number!  Keep up the tracking of calories and the workouts and it will happen on the pound side too...

239.6 - call it 240 for me today!  I have beat my June goal by 2lbs, now just have to hold on to the loss for the next couple of days.  I am probably a little dehydrated still today after last night's 5 mile run...  so we will see what happens in the next couple of days.  I am now starting to think about what my July goal should be....   I doubt I can peel off another 10 lbs next month, so I should probably scale back a little to 7 lbs or so...

238 lbs, This week I will concentrate on nutrition. Hope to see a good change next week.  Little frustrating but nobody's fault but my own.

Grr, 133, up 1.5#.  I had been 130 at the end of last week so clearly my weekend didn't go well.  I got a ton of exercise though, and was pretty careful with what I ate, so I thought it might balance out.  Will redouble efforts this week...

End of july i would like to be at 205lbs. I need to stop drinking lovely beer!

I am also logging all my food on here now. Try and make myself accountable for what i put in my mouth!

145.6 this morning.. so close to the 144.9   I wanted to reach by the end of June.  I'll weigh again on Thursday morning to see if I made it.
Still happy with where I am considering the small amount of training I've done lately and the big amount of bad eating

Yeah, I have that beer problem too. Especially in the summer with cookouts and hanging out with friends, don't they just go together so well?
