Tomorrow maybe a bike or ride in the morning, go to S-i-L concert (Sweet Adeline), have dinner with them, drive home. Make sure everything is ready to go for the race. SLEEP. Up at 4:45 to drive to Astoria (also just over an hour, different direction), packet pick-up, catch shuttle to start line, race 10K over the bridge, then back home. Shower, eat, nap! Whoo hoo! Hi DEE!!! Have fun with all the doings, and GOOD LUCK on your race!!! |

Elite 4201 washington state | Subject: RE: Ghoulies October: us v BT I am in another challenge this month, too. For 3 months Oct-Dec, a team of 10 from the YMCA competes against a team from Peacehealth Medical. We wear a pedometer to count steps (if it is a normal day, can just use an average rather than wear the thing every day.) There is a chart to convert activities to steps. Team with the most steps wins bragging rights, and I think, lunch. |

He has parkinsons and they are worried his body is shutting down. So I get to spend time in the hospital by the sounds of it. Sorry to hear that, Bill. I hope your dad is ok. Sending JU JU! |
