Has your training been enough to get you a 5K PR?  I'm going to try to get a half mary PR on May 1st.  My training indicates that it could happen if the moon and stars align just right.   Good luck, Emma!  I'm routing for you!

Yes.  Based on my training runs, I should be able to PR by over 1 minute (previous best 38:30).  That being said this is a really hilly 5k so it'll take some effort but I am determined

90 min performance cycling class done!  I was thinking of doing an easy run after, but my legs were totally cooked.  For some reason, I forget how  this feels every week and think that I'll suddenly feel like doing something else after this class Tongue out

I'm actually pretty excited because I saw a new number on the spin bike today... the highest wattage I've been able to maintain for an extended period of time!  I'm hoping this means that I'm improving (and not that the spin bike I was on is broken).

I am certain you were doing better - yay!

I know what you mean about sometimes deluding yourself that you will feel like doing something after something else. I regularly plan double ups and only actually make them about 50% of the time.

Rock climbing again today.  Tried out some harder routes, didn't make it to the top but I'm definitely getting better at this.  Also managed to slam my shin into a hold so I have a lovely bruised bump on my right shin now.

I'm in full engagement/wedding mode.  We're going to take our own engagement pictures (saves money plus james is good with a camera) so I've been googling ideas all day (that and wedding venues).  I wanted some way to work Clemson into the pictures.  At first I was thinking making clemson shirts, holding a flag but then it hit me.  I want to take pictures inside the football stadium and more importantly surprise James with it.  I googled this found lots of engagement pictures taken inside the stadium so it's definitely possible.  Now I just have to figure out who to contact and how to keep it a secret from him as I am horrible at keeping secrets.
