On the flight up, one of the flight attendants went down (literally) with food poisoning (my 2nd row diagnosis, Doc who actually treated her on plane may disagree). EMTs took her off the plane on a stretcher (standard protocol). Won't share the details, but it wasn't pleasant. Mostly felt really, really bad for her. And then really, really grossed out. I lead a really glamorous life. Ha! Melindy, I should repeat.......Physiatry. Interesting. No cutting. Sports related or focused, if you choose. Just saying. Wow, that must have a wild trip! I can hardly imagine! |

Busy day ahead. I'm at work early, so I can leave early to go get my hair cut, hoping she is running ahead of schedule. Then it's home to change my shirt quick and pick the kids up. My son has Jiu Jitsu tonight, and my daughter wants to try it so tonight is the night. Then it's home by 6:30 to drop the kids off and then I need to be at a soccer meeting by 7:00. Sounds fun, doesn't it? Actually, yes, your afternoon, evening does sound fun. Take pics of the kids tonight! Come up here. We can go to lunch, then I'll get my hairs cut, after that you can ride along to Jiu Jitsu. Now that would be fun! I took some martial arts when I was young and again in my 20s. I really enjoyed it. |

My daughter asked if she could get a pink gi, and they will have to order it for her, it will take about 2 weeks. I'm going to have them order it, and when it gets here I'll sign her up. My husband and I will be coaching our kids soccer teams this fall so we can have practices on Mon and Wed so they can go to Jiu Jitsu on Tues and Thurs. |
