Hope all is well! Any synopsises for me? Not a whole lot has been going on. Just a few natural disasters. Amy is doing a weekend long relay race. Melissa went to visit Neal and they went to his sister's wedding, but we don't have any more details than that. Kim's hip is bothering her. I'm running around like a crazy lady with everything I have to do on a weekly basis now. Robin is playing in the mud today. Bill is working a short week and enjoying a long weekend. Neal also got an iPhone. That's about it. |

I am heading to Ohio tomorrow for the annual Driving Ms Gloria to see old family friends.... and put flowers at cemeteries for my grandparents on both sides. ( I KNOW, I KNOW- you all are jealous). The friends are fun and there will be amazing fire works and some awesome shopping at the national Coldwater Creek Warehouse. Talk to you later. He made grand plans to run with me every night, bike with is dad (mostly mountain biking, on MY mountain bike, lol), and swim with is sister. I had to remind him that he would be the one getting his sister to go do a swim workout, not the other way around.  He's got so much spunk. I love that kid. |

The Delaware River (which I have to cross over to get to PA) is wreaking havoc. They're saying it still hasn't crested, so only going to get worse. Roads out everywhere. I need to get to the office tomorrow, so trying to figure out a route that doesn't require an ark. Or, maybe I should make this a swim opportunity. I got in today for some ART. OMG, it hurt beyond belief. I was correct, it's the TFL although she did comment that the whole area was a mess. I'm pretty sure there will be bruises tomorrow. I do feel better though. Will take one more day off and try an easy run on Saturday. I'll need to see her for the next few weeks, but I'm not giving up on NYC yet. |
