I'll be an honorary Manatee for my first BT challenge, unless you need to move me to another team for some reason -- I'm just trying to even out the numbers. My two goals are for mind and body. (Soul will have to wait until next month, I guess.) I fell off of my strength training about a month and a half ago, which led to a downward spiral in nutrition and general well-being. So goal number one is 20 strength training sessions in May, at least 4x/week. To feed the mind, I will aim to read 10 Chinese-language newspaper articles. Back when I studied Chinese more seriously, that would have been a piece of cake. Now, however...well, let's just say life has gotten in the way. |
