Subject: RE: Plank a day challengeMike, WTG on keeping on thru the back pain but I swear, I think I would have to back away. I still planking too. I 've got around 2 hours 10 minutes planking. I'm going to continue the challenge this month but I'm probably just going to be around a min a day. I'm going thru a valley with my training and actually thought about complete and total rest days to see if that would put some pep in my step. But instead I decided to stay with just one plank and my crunches because I've fought too hard to lose that strength now. Anybody else still planking with us? |
