TinkerBeth 23096 Liverpool, New York | Subject: RE: January Challenge - Running - Distance Team C I'll be captain since it appears no one eslse really wants the dubious honor - LOL As captain I do expect that you will all help in giving lots of motivation and inspires to your teammates If anyone has any questions at all about how to use the log, how to use inspires, whatever - just post it here and one of us BT addicts will be sure to help you out! Alrighty as far as team names - we seem pretty indecisive so..................let's go with Twisted Blisters - unless there are any objections GO team C - just doesn't have much of a 'ring' to it |

I must beg forgiveness as I have been "incomunicado" for a bit...(see when you say incommunicado it sounds SO much more mysterious than "I was hanging out with my family who don't understand my BT needs" Anywho...this is me, I am a super newbie, never done a tri - with my first sprint tri on the horizon for May...at this point I know I can do the event S L O W L Y...it's those dang butterflies that keep getting in the way, I think they are causing draft issues and slowing me down. I really need to work on my running as that's my worst event...so this challenge is perfect... I really liked the "twisted blisters" name... I second "Twisted Blisters"! |

Champion 7546 Santa Cruz, California | Subject: RE: January Challenge - Running - Distance Team C Good morning everyone....hope everyone was able to get a small run in yesterday. This is my first challenge and I am wondering if I am supposed to post my miles on the spreadsheet or do I email them to someone....thanks for any help in figuring out where I am to post besides my training log. Lets pick a name and a captain......I am fine with whatever name we pick...but tend to be pulled towards: Chafed and Lubed, Shut your Piehole and Run, and Smell you Later. Captain = Beth!? Going |
