He is such a sweetie in an understated way. I had no idea how much crud he was going through until he sent me an e-mail with just a glimpse of the back-and-forth hassle he was dealing with. And now he doesn't have to worry about staffing those stupid events for those stupid people anymore. So something good did come out of the whole thing. Werk calls. Have a great night.

So, I went to the dr - ok, I'm not sure if he's a real dr - lol

Judi - I know, I know - but I couldn't get into my real dr and it was obvious that things aren't 'clearing' up if you get my drift

anyway - got some good drugs - zithromax - the 5 day treatment, what do they call that? z-pac, a decongestant and some cough syrup

apparently this crud is taking 2 - 3 weeks for people to kick - I guess that would ring true based on the experience of the nibs

zipp1 - 2008-03-07 3:38 PM But you saw someone at least...not a real doc but someone who could give you the right stuff to knock this out.  Yes, it's a Zpack 2 initially then once a day for the rest of the week, decongsetants ,LOTS OF FLUID, cough medicine...yup, you have the right stuff.

my folks are on their way to mexico for a vacation

zipp1 - 2008-03-07 3:46 PM She arrives next Saturday and stays through the end of the month.  She and dad had a 50th anniversary trip to Alaska the year before he was diagnosed with cancer but never went anywhere after that because of his health.  For a while she was taking an annual spring flight to Holland to see my younger sister, this is the first time she's been to see us in VA.

zipp1 - 2008-03-07 3:48 PM mostly, I tried that spinerval for time trial/triathletes today and man did I cough my brains out at that cadence!  COughed a lot in the interview, she got me some water--hmm, like your new boss? I'm hoping, she seemed really genuine and good to work with

Hey Beth, the zythromax was awesome (I had upper resp. infection)...I still have a little congestion, not much, mostly clear stuff.  I think it's the leftover effects of Mucinex (it keeps trying to bring stuff up, but coming up empty/clear).

What's bugging me the most is the annoying tickle in my throat.  I know I'm no longer sick, but it SOUNDS like I'm still sick because I'm still coughing a lot.  Must be post nasal drip...could be allergy related...
