Hiya, Nibbs! Today was one big workout day. I went to my coach's boathouse in NC and we swam for an hour in the lake, then we rode for over 50 miles in the mountains. I am sore, tired and sunburnt now. But it was all good. We stopped at this horse farm and six foals galloped up to the fence to visit with us. They were so cute! It was a really nice day. Hi!!! Yay im not by myself Nibbs has been VERY busy while I was sleeping so I had ALOT of catching up to do!!! Sounds to mike you are going to need a good sleep tonight? hehe I did provide an abbreviated Nibbs notes based on what I remembered.... probably got it all wrong... |

Well bit of both Im guessing... and lets be honest... Pereiro gaining time is going to affect CSC, Garmin Chipotle and Rabobank in terms of GC BEFORE it affect Silence Lotto... |

It's from my adviser and I feel like it's the hardest one. He made up for it by giving me "extra time" and said I could turn it in before the weekend. Except that I have to turn it in by Friday morning so we can leave. I'm frustrated with him. See you all later. Back to the grind. Jen - i hope its all going well... It's going a little better now. I think I have the question under control, I just have to do a lot of work tomorrow. Writing up concise but thorough descriptions of statistical algorithms is tough. |

As far as I can tell it goes something like this: - Beth was feeling crappuy - Blake and Bill pitched in to cheer her up - she is now going for a spin/swim - there was a lot of talk about Limoncello - what it tastes like, how to make it as a spin off from chatter about Kristens trip - umm the tdf stage last night was kind of boring - Yanti popped by and she is planning her first IM - Im Malaysia... - Kendra is out on her bike (motor) - Heather really needs to be made to go swim! I think thats the most of it! I think you have a future in Nibbs notes! I'm done with my spin and swim! I made to class before it was full tonight and I am no longer crabby |

Checking in from Lovely LA Had a great time in Colorado and even somewhat acclimated myself to the altitude in the 3 days I was there. Rode a new mountain bike a 5K, 7K, and finally 9K feet each day. Had a blast. Just thought I would pop in and say hello. Heading home tomorrow to pack for Acadia, ME. Should be fun!
