It is amazing that you guys ripped through 40 pages today. Just amazing.

However, since my daytime internet access is going to be extremely limited for an indefinite time (the paycheck is more important), I guess I'll have to continue to be amazed. Tongue out

Scott!

Brian! Yes, I miss TAN, but BT was cutting unacceptably into my productivity and I didn't do a good job of time management, so, I'm paying the price now. I'm sure I'll be back I just don't know when. Sealed Its not going to be soon, at least during daytime hours during the work week.

totally understand.

More power to you for figuring it out on your own.  Good job.

Its not exactly been entirely voluntary, but I don't feel comfortable discussing why on an open message board. Let us say there's fault on both sides and keep it that way. I have not been terribly effective in communicating that I *am* getting things done, but there are also unrealistic expectations. This is a management game my GF calls "Spin the Wheel" and the wheel has landed on my space for the moment (shrug).

Understood.  Nothing else need be said.

Hi Meeps

TANing and practicing guitar at the same time is tricky. I'm up to the notes on the first 4 strings and plucking out some basic tunes. It helps already knowing all the theory.

Hahah, I just saw your location.

Chrissy, guitar isn't hard. Playing guitar like Segovia did, that's a beyotch. But it helps enormously to know music theory, reading, etc. beforehand. I played clarinet for several years before tackling guitar.

Yeah, the only real challenge, once I learn all the notes and chords is remembering the fingering and being comfortable with the fingering, since I have cute, but little hands

You're just so cute, I'd eat you all up if I lived in DC.

Did I say that? Cool

No worries, I'm used to it

ballsy... yeah... but I am still part of the meeting... and I let them do most of the talking.

Besides tonight I almost lost it with one congregation member who came in for a special "presentation" with council.... grrr.... she didn't even really ask us to DO anything... at least specifics-wise... And I was a little grumpy from my hard run earlier today...

THAT my friends could have been a disaster, had I blown my stack.  But I did not.
