I was running behind again this morning. I was up, ready, and would have been to work on time, but I was almost to the gate when I realized I did not have my badges. I had to turn around and drive home to get them. The good news out of that is that I did get to see my kiddos this morning. I don't like being late though. I was about 25 miles into a 26.8 mile drive to work. |

All of the kiddos in the family have gotten the LL Bean heavy duty tube sleds the past 2 years, so we have a lot of them. It is uncommon to have 20+ people sledding on the hill and a bonfire going on Saturdays and Sundays when there is snow. |

From where I live it is about a 2 hour drive one way to get to the mountains to sled, so I just don't ever make time for it. I have my doubts whether my ski pants still fit me! |

I'm working until 2:00, then I'm going to pick up the kids at school and take them to the special Jiu Jitsu class. Caleb and I will be there most of the night, since he is definitely doing 2, but could potentially do 3 classes in 4 hours. My husband is coming there after work and picking up Keri so she doesn't have to stay there all night with us. I will get a workout in at some point in time tonight, just not sure what and where.

We did about 15 minutes and stopped it, it was just too fast for her to keep up. She asked if we could do yoga instead, so we did.  |

Thanks, Robin. I should have lifted last night. We have had a busy week, and last night we didn't have to go anywhere or do anything. My daughter is worn down, she has had 4 free homework passes since the beginning of the year, last night she asked if she could use one, I said yes. When she asked if we could workout I couldn't say no. My daughter has been in overdrive since late August. Basketball starts soon, and the end of basketball will overlap with the beginning of softball, so I am giving her next week off. No Jiu Jitsu, no piano, no nothing, just a week for her to take a break. I think she needs it. |
