my son was incesantly bullied and teased for two years in school and we couldnt get the principal to make ONE da#* phone call.  not one.

Yeah, she got home a little bit ago.  She promptly sat down to write this boy an apology note.  I really don't plan to punish her really at all.  We talked about it and she knows it better not happen again.  Sometimes just a look is enough with her.  I gave her the look and we're good.  Now if it were one of the boys......the look just doesn't have the same effect.

I gotta call once from the school and said my dd was in the office and had been bitten....I said by a dog??? and the school attendant chuckled and said noooo another student. This was in 6th grade! I was shocked! they were out on the swings and my dd would not get off the swing to let this other gal have it...so she bit her! left teeth marks -she actually still can see them! needless to say...i was not too happy...funny thing is they are best friends to this day....we were just at this other girls wedding and we laughed about this....the other girl was shocked she left such an impression on her!!! (PUN NOT INTENDED)....so maybe Phil is right about the love thingy!! (THIS ONE TIME ONLY PHIL!!!)

Okay, this is a riot!  She said that she has (and I quote) "anger issues."  How funny is that coming from an 8 year old ????  I guess the kid didn't say or do anything, she just sort of snapped.  These two have fought like cats and dogs all year so I am not surprised they are having issues but she has NEVER been aggressive before.  I'm willing to bet she won't be aggressive again.  She is dishing out her own punishments and everything.  (no computer or tv or playing with friends)  I love good ole Catholic guilt!  She even told her vice principal that she should talk to our priest about it!
