Expert 1007 Hattiesburg, Mississippi | Subject: RE: GIRLS TEAM THREAD May Swim Challenge Triathlynne - 2009-05-17 8:32 PM No OWS today for me. Hubby and I are in "Panic Mode" as my parents booked flights to come see us in July so I decided to stay homish (I did run with the dog) and help out with some house things. Sure it's 8 weeks away but we have LOTS to do.
Will try again tomorrow.

On your right | Subject: RE: GIRLS TEAM THREAD May Swim Challenge I'm sure we could show her an assatar or two. That would surely do the trick. Plus it would be a nice gesture, since they won't be seeing any after the challenge is over and we beat them handily. |

Expert 1007 Hattiesburg, Mississippi | Subject: RE: GIRLS TEAM THREAD May Swim Challenge Hey Gals! Hope everyone had a good weekend! Had a fine tempo run this morning and hope to get in a pool swim later. I have found a group to do some OWS sessions with, so I could up my goal for the month. Can I do that? Should I do it? I have no problem adding on a couple thousand more yards. Kind of new to this so I am not sure what the protocol is. Let me know what y'all think! Cheers! |

Pro 4608 Brooklyn, NY | Subject: RE: GIRLS TEAM THREAD May Swim Challenge Hey guys. I am so out of touch! I was literally gone all day yesterday for the century but I did swim Saturday. I have a swim heavy week this week as well since it's a rest week. I have an open water swim race this Saturday that I'm really looking forward to. I've never done that before so it should be really fun, plus it's in the Hudson River with that wicked current so I should log an impressive time |

Master 1734 On a lake in the Adirondacks in NY | Subject: RE: GIRLS TEAM THREAD May Swim Challenge I had a nice 1000 yd recovery week swim this morning. I updated the spreadsheet. I hope it worked. I could have sworn I had put last weeks yardage in, but it wasn't there this morning. I'm up to 6800 yards, or 68%. Look out, boys! The girls are swimming past ya! |

Champion 19812 MA | Subject: RE: GIRLS TEAM THREAD May Swim Challenge I just did my 11th swim of the month out of goal of 14. I had a swim lesson with my coach and she took some very choppy video. It is pretty amazing to see myself. Yesterday my 14 year old daughter and I did a sprint as relay..she swam/ran and I biked. We won female relays..okay we were the only ones but still. We were 3' faster than when I did it solo two years ago. It was pretty cool Mom Daughter thing to do. |
