Happy Friday team!  How is everyone's day going so far? 

I just checked the forecast and the rain is supposed to stop........at midnight.  Sigh.  I guess I will be running tomorrow.

I have a duathlon on Sunday (5km, 20km, 2.5km). Had a flat tire at that race last year......
It is sunny here, no wind....really beautiful, the weekend is suppose to be just like today....

Great.  Now I want pizza.  And all I have are leftovers.  Which I haven't even been able to heat up because my co-workers insist on putting things in the microwave and then walking away and doing who-knows-what for 10 minutes until they wander back to get their food, not caring if anyone else is waiting to use the microwave.

I'm very whiny today, have you noticed?

Did a 15 min transition run again last night (now I am caught up from missing Monday's run) and 30 minutes this morning,  I think I am up to 30% of goal already.  I might have to increase my goal (Dee says that is always allowed), but I am going to wait until after the middle of  June to do it, as I have something going every weekend this month.
