An effing fruit. Watermelon. ONE slice of watermelon and I feel bad. Amazing how the mindset shifts over time! That's why I focus more on calories than composition. (within reason)... A calorie is a calorie... So I will eat grapes or watermellon, if I feel like it. Or even a 7-11 hot dog. That's a fruit, right? |
