Kim - I'm very sorry to hear about your friend's passing. She sounds like a very special woman, and my thoughts are with you, her, and all of her friends and family.

Dee - I'm very there for your party. I'll grab some pasta for anyone feeling like carbo-loading and I'll help with the veggies too. I'll bring my steamer.

Kendra and Katie - I love seeing you ladies pop in, even if it's only just briefly. Keep us posted, you crazy kids.

Stacie - Sorry to hear your running legs aren't cooperating lately, but they'll come back. I'm willing to bet you'll discover them about a mile into your next road run. Care to prove me right?

Amy - That's SWEET you're getting your bike built up. Make sure you post some pics of you riding the black beast soon!

Neal - I'm starting to think you need to find something with which to blackmail your IT department. Maybe remind them that they're supposed to be taking care of their tools (computers), not being tools.

Robin - Did you say PH 13 mud/water? That's insane. Stay dry out there and if your lazy contractor gives you any grief, push him into the mud, face first.

Jules - You're missed. If you're lurking just know we're thinking about ya. Take care up there.

If I missed anyone I'm sorry. I've been having a rough day or two down here and am currently at home waiting to take care of some urgent appointments. I don't want to elaborate too much at the moment, but if you could all please keep my wife in your thoughts I'd be greatly appreciative. She's having a hard time with her upcoming surgery and all the family drama going on right now and I'm just doing my best to help her keep it together. You all are a HUGE help for me and my efforts to keep myself together, and I thank you most sincerely.

deehtz - 2010-03-11 9:18 PM My last appointment at work canceled, so I got home about 45 minutes early!  The rain was only a drizzle, and the wind had died down, the temp was still about 49*F.

So with a little talking to myself, I got out for a really nice 4 mile run.   

Whee!!!

It is Columbus Day weekend and I eat hills for breakfast hahahahaha - lol!

You could pre-ride some of the course for me so I know how to train.  I will be awaiting the report!
