You should have came with us to Red Lobster instead.  You could have learned how to transfer margaritas from a pitcher to a glass to your stomach and biscuits from a basket to your mouth

So I had an afternoon filled with biophysics and engineering principles that I don't understand...what I got out of it: look for peaks/depressions on graphs at 0.03 and 0.1...haha...hopefully I don't have to explain how I know why those are the numbers to look for...I just know they are and thats how its gonna be. haha.

The race went fantastic today!  I set a huge PR and met my goal of running a sub-5hr HIM.  Final time was 4:51:08, ten minutes faster than last year!

Celebrating with margaritas tonight   I'll be asleep within the hour

Last night I had to run, and I wanted to bike. So I thought I would run first, so I'd be on fresh legs since I haven't run much lately. After my run I'd go for a bike ride. I think I'm going to have to come up with a new plan. It was 80 and cloudy when I went out for my run. Hot, too hot, and it's only going to get hotter. I wanted to puke most of my run. I never made it out on my bike then.

Now I'm thinking I'll bike when I get home, the heat doesn't really bother me on my bike. When I get back I'll cool off a bit, drink some, then run later in the evening when it's a little cooler. I won't be on fresh legs, but I won't be baking in the heat either.

How's that sound for a plan?

After the workouts is then the good drinking starts.
