Dee, she will make a great personal trainer someday. I was doing squats the other night and she's beside me going 2 more, 2 more, come on you can do it! She makes me work, but she makes me laugh, too.

Can I hire her as my personal trainer? 

me too!!? I need her to coach me into the pool! does she swim???

I guess the one thing out of this that I've gained is how awesome most of my classmates are. We might be all narcissistic, OCD doctor ppl, but I know this weekend wouldn't have been so good without their help and support.

Can I hire her as my personal trainer? 

She's pretty pricey, I think she told me she charges $1 an hour. She will also walk on your back, brush your hair, and give you all the massage an 8 year old can give though, so it's worth the money.

Well.... Massage, facial and complimentary manicure and pedicure. Now I know how the other half lives. I feel very spoiled. Now to get rid of the last of this crud and MOVE on!

I have two funerals to go to tomorrow. One is tragic, a young man who committed suicide. His fiance is a family friend. The other is for a 99 year old man who was VERY loved and respected here in the community. Jim has known him well for his whole life. Gonna be a wrenching day. Good thing it is a long weekend.

Good morning Ghoulies!

I left work early yesterday so I could get my workout in: 40 minutes strength, 8 minutes working the punching bag. Had to go shower then so I could pick up the kiddos at school. Their Jiu Jitsu class was mostly conditioning. After that my husband picked up Keri and they went and got groceries (against my better judgement, we are going today to get what they didn't), Caleb stayed for 2 more adult classes. He was wiped out by the end of the night. He's a little tired yet today. He trained hard through all 3 classes though, I couldn't be more proud of him.

Basketball meetings this morning, and softball sign up, then running a few errands. Workout or 2 later today.

She's a water baby. You'd have a hard time getting her out of the pool.

Yesterday's funeral was about as good as one gets. Abourt 500 - 600 people showed up. It was very non-traditional celebrating his young life. He was a avid Mt bike rider so after the service, many people (probably 100 +) rode Mt Bikes through the woods to the grave site where they spread his ashes and people used Mnt water to wash it into the earth. It was a fantastically beautiful day but cold. My DH rode, I chose not to 'cause of resent illness.
