A Fat man writing a weight loss book.  Haven't read it and let me guess what it states (puts on The Great Karnacks hat):  Made better food choices, control portions, get your a$$ off the couch and get moving.......

Or the easy way is.....Ty....like in Thai cooking, or Tie one on, or Tie me up and Tie me down...or Ty. 

Oh yeah, and while I'm at it and before you ask, Ty is short for...well....Ty.  Not Tyrone.  Not Tyson or Tysun, or Tiberius.

I also go by T-man with a few Friends.  Like my friend Tony, who I also call T-man.  It's a shared nickname.

We used to do Karaoke when we lived in the Phoenix area.  We would sing, CCR's "Travelin' Band".   AND, we would do that SOBER!!!!
