I are at 81.13 of 90 (90.1%) as of today. Me having fun running.

Off today, and then another 15 over the last few days of the month. I might have to add a little to that to get to an even 100 miles. I'd hate to get to 96 and not stretch it to 100...

Go Werewolves!!!

Nice!!!  Good Luck to you Matchy!!

Another 2.28 in the rain today.  A little slow from dodging puddles and watching for crazy drivers.  I have 6.75 left, so with 5 days left that's 1.35 miles/day.  I'm running at least 3 on Sunday, and a little over 2 on Monday, so I should finish up on Wednesday with a little extra.

Had a very nice naked run on the beach last night. (On Holiday in Cambria)

The air is very clear and smells like Licorice. (From the Annis growing on the cliffs) May post some pics later. (Rave Run

Am now at 190 for the month and should make my monthly goal by the end of the week.

Brilliant run this morning.  6.45 miles in 1:00.  That is 9:18/mile.  Never done anything that far that fast in my life.  And it felt so incredibly good. If I do a little 4 miler tomorrow, I'll have about 4.5 to do M-W.  Easily done.  I actually am going to make this challenge!!!

Had a very nice run. Ran 8 miles naked on the beach in the RAIN. (Yes, it rained today in Cambria)

Am now at 198 for the month and will hit 100% of goal with tomorrow run assuming it happens. (Will be driving back home Tomorrow)

200 miles is a pretty impressive month.  And that's more than your original goal, so it's really impressive.

I did 3.06 this morning and I'm at 31.31.   3.69 left to go!

Way to go guys!  Very awesome.  Did 4 miles this morning.  Leaves me with about 4.5 miles to go by Wednesday.  Shouldn't have an issue reaching it, I hope.  Then again, I twisted the crap out of my ankle this morning so I'll have to see come Tuesday how it feels.  Keep your fingers crossed.

Scout, I have 25 extra miles here that can be used to fill in for injury/sick folks, if you need to use them.

i don't think it works that way...

Morning, all.

So, we've got 3 people at goal (LCT, Scout, Spokes), and everyone else just knocking on the door at this point.  Including today, we've got 3 days to finish up.

Let's finish strong and show everyone that we're not just talk.

So Scout... I had a few Victory beers on Sunday to celebrate my half mary and my running goal for the month.  They had 2 on tap, the Victory Festbeir and the Victory Hop Wallop.  Both very good!

Yeah, Victory does good work.  Their Golden Monkey is quite nice, and tends to sneak up on you and hit you over the head.

I've got tomorrow and Wednesday to get in about 4.5 miles and I might just need both to try.  As posted above, I did a pretty nasty twist on my right ankle coming down the stairs yesterday (what can I say, I'm a klutz).  It's the size of an orange today.  No bruising yet.  I'll see tonight.  Doubt I'll be doing yoga.

Anyway, I'll walk the darn rest of the way if I have to.  Might make running my 5 mile race in Banff on Saturday night a bit interesting, though.  I would hate to DNS on it because of this.  Right now it is incredibly stiff.  Nothing major.  Looks like it is going to be a wait and see kind of week.
