D001 - 2008-06-13 10:35 AM OK, those post pads replies to meaningful Nibbs conversation ought to help me stay ahead of Cat and Jen for awhile.

Clearly, I can play this game too.

Oh, we never doubted you!

(That *was* the kind of attitude you requested from your team/challenge leader, right? LOL)

Fair enough.  Kristen is. But I can see you busting out the cattle prod on her behalf.

Does this mean you're trying to move up on the BT User post padding List? 'Cause you'll have to pass by Cat before you get to me.

I passed Ron earlier this week, so I am moving up. Albeit very slowly. It's a lot harder when you're fairly high on the list.

Especially since those of us high on the list are already post padding so much already contributing many meaningful posts to BT.

Poor Cat.  She's missing out on all the post padding wonderful discussion today.

Heh. I can too.

But we were in 2nd place last week. And right on target, based upon the percentage of the month that had passed.

So I didn't feel the need to wave it around the thread.

Morning, Nibbs!

I'm back, safe & sound... ... maybe not sane, though!

I did indeed make the trip with the 2 monkeys, without Sugar Daddy. 28 hours in a car, with two munchkins, in a 4-day time span...I must be a lunatic.

It wasn't so bad on Monday night...they slept most of the way, but I was stupid and forgot that everytime I needed to pee, I'd have to wake them up and drag them in with me. And with the coffee and diet Pepsi I was downing to stay awake, that was way more often than was nice.

But yesterday we drove during the day...keeping them entertained was not easy. They watched the DVD's we brought with, they played car games, they colored, but they were BORED. They finally did sleep after about 10 hours in the car...of course, I had to stop then too.

Oh, and my brothers and I had the very smart idea to help out my dad by drinking up his alcohol before he came home from the hospital...we didn't make a dent in his stash, but we were feeling it something fierce the next day. I think it may take me all weekend to recover from the driving/lack of sleep/crappy eating/hangovers.

Glad you are back safe and sound!

Welcome back!  Glad you made it home safe and the monkeys didn't drive you completely insane.  I do agree with them, though, that drive is BORING!  I hate doing it.
