Mornin Toddies!!!!!

Hope all is well with you!!!  I'm glad to be home, and to no snow!!!!!  I finished up my goal, but I'll keep adding to it in the hopes that it will help our standings.   Only a few days left.

Hello there toddies.  I think I'm winning the slacker trophy for the team.  I have a run planned tomorrow.  I know it won't help much, but I just haven't been into it.

Hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas!

Not "into it?" You need motivation? Not a problem! Here you go:

OKOKOKOKOK...I'm running this afternoon.  The high here today is 66, and my husband is picking up our son, so I have no excuses.  I'll run til dark.  After dark, I'm afraid of the boogie man, so I quit at dark!!!

I do believe I'm done with both of my challenges today.  Got up early (on a non-work day no less) and in the pool for my first official Ironman training plan workout.  Then followed that up with some core work.

Ran into some friends at the Y, and everyone's so enthuiastic about my impending new house and everything.  I guess that's just a reflection of my own enthusiasm.  I'm just looking forward to many things to come.

Hey all - just wanted to pop in a let you know I had to withdraw from the challenge.  I seem to have picked up a wicked bug that doesn't want to let go.  I've had to take the last week off from working out.

Hope everyone has a happy new year and I'm sure I"ll see ya round the challenge forums in the future.

Hi Mel!  Good to have you back.  Hope you had a great Christmas.

Is this a challenge where we can go over 100%??  If so, I think I have a couple of extra sessions I can log.

Not sure if it is, but I logged mine and it seemed to help.    SO glad to be back, I love sleeping in my own bed.

Bryan cooked lunch while I was out running.  How sweet!  He made homemade burgers on light buns (he know's I'm trying to loose a few pounds ) green beans and perogies.  Yum!

No real resolutions here.  I am working on being content.  Tried to get there this year and it didn't happen so that is still 2009s word of the year!  CONTENT!!!

Lunch was a slice of homemade Irish Soda bread, coffee and an orange before I headed off to work (night shift).  Dinner is a very pathetic handfull of almonds, another orange and and a clifbar.

Thus...

My New Years Resolution is, as always, to eat better/healthier.

Mmmmm...peanut brittle...

I feel your pain.  A co-worker makes this butterscotch fudge thing every Christmas and I've done more than my share of damage what was supposed to be for the whole department.

Water's not so bad.  I'm so happy to be home and away from my mother's cooking.  Not that I didn't appreciate, I just didn't have the willpower to stay away from all of the delicious goodies

Today is December 31st, and it is the last day of this Challenge. Please make sure the spreadsheet is updated by midnight tomorrow (in other words, midnight on Jan 1st, your local time) with your December totals. I'll be pulling the final numbers on Friday Jan 2nd (my time) and announcing the winners!

Thank you for flying Challenge Airlines. We hope you had a pleasant flight.
