I'm trying to pack my gear bag with bike stuff. Tomorrow is Sir Velo's bon voyage until we get to Idaho. I'm trying to think of what I can pack with him that I don't need as I still have another training ride on Rosie this weekend. I have packed my aero helmet, shoes, pump, tools, some nutritional stuff, CO2 cartridges, water bottles. This is getting REAL Good luck Pam! our positive thoughts wil be with you!!! Thanks, Beth! If anyone can think of anything else that they would want to pack with their bike, post it! Some things, like my sunglasses and gloves, I'm still using. I don't know if I should throw a pair of biking shorts in there. My motto is "better to have too much stuff than not enough." Whenever it was test time, I was the kid with 300 #2 pencils and 14 spare erasers.... |

If it's going via air, you probably can't because they don't pressurize the planes. I know you can't put them in your checked luggage on an airline, either. Most people pick them up at the expos. |
