It is a shallow nerve so maybe it won't be that bad.

Yes I was told to plan on 1.5 hours. No one mentioned pain though. Minor discomfort was heard by me but not pain!!!!!!

Minor discomfort is easy for someone who has never had it done to say, like the male doctor I had when I was in labor with my son, or the eleventybillion people who told me it wouldn't hurt to have the external metal pins removed from my arms. Unless you've been there done that you don't get a vote! I'm just sayin'.

Forever Strong - Awesome movie and I don't know anything about Rugby. Good if you have kids and they should watch it. At our Basketball Team year end party I am going to show this on the big screen at our church for the kids to watch.

Step Brothers - Korny and not for children at all (at least mine

). Reminded me of Telladega Nights.

Serendipity - I luv this movie for some strange reason. I always have and watch it whenever I have a chance. Guess I am romantic somewhere deep inside my body

Mystery Alaska - Cool movie if you like hockey and small towns and good stories.

I have to say I'm EXTATIC about this because I figure pretty much all of that lost time was at my unplanned pit stop. I thought for sure I was slowing down and to learn that my splits were almost dead even is beyond encouraging. I didn't think I could be more excited to train for the next one, but now I am. BRING IT ON!!!

That is GREAT, Tom! I love it when the last part of a run is so good!!

Fabulous and these warnings come from ladies that have given birth and know what pain is. Guess I am in for a fun time this afternoon. I will treat myself to La Nova Steak Pizza before hand then

Umm... Bill... You may not want to eat a lot BEFORE you go. I'm just sayin'.

I mean since it will be over so fast you will have plenty of time afterward to go eat. You can take your time then and not be rushed to make your appt.

Neal, when I was 6 we went to SF and heard all about Alcatraz and swimming to freedom, etc. I looked out at it and thought, I could do that! (I used to swim about 15 out of 24 hours a day during the summer).
It has been on my "to do" list ever since, even though I know it may be a TAD harder than my arrogant 6-year old mind thought!
