Exactly! I rolled my ankle a couple of miles in and started to cry.
OH, and I told a barking dog to "shut up" as I passed. And I love dogs. Now I laugh, but at the time I was serious.

No choice though... ran out of time yesterday and Ironman has me terrified to the point where I simply have to do the training. Hopefully it will all be worth it on Sept. 12
