This is AFTER receiving a $321 bill for the month before for which customer service didn't seem to think there was anything wrong with the amount and told me that even if a mistake HAD been made in reading the meter, it would "all even out eventually" and there was nothing they could do. I'd like to have a hot tub and sun lamps in here - maybe those running constantly all day every day would add up to the $500? |
