Don't worry, no workout for me today, kind of having a a minor breakdown, felt really tired, so thought I'd take day off. I only set two goals and think that I'm only going to make the run goal.... Hamburger and cheesecake at lunch I'm will have set back my weight goal... but hey I feel a little better, tired, but better. Oh cheesecake, my favorite. hey, isn't that Sal's favorite dessert as well? I don't know why it's not everyone's favorite... because there is pavlova, tiramsu and lemon meringue pie, and apple crumble out there too... then again Im a desert freak! Or maybe just a sugar freak Pies aside, I think I would have to join Scott with the German Chocolate Cake (wasn't that his b-day cake). That's my fav |
