That's nice.  That was always my least favorite part of living in an apartment.  We are living in a townhouse now and I like that a lot more.d

I've been pretty happy with the silver membership level - are you considering the gold?

I am, but I will probably go for that early next year.  Right now, I'm considering bronze or silver.  I might go bronze until my marathon and then upgrade to silver for the winter maintenance plans, but I'm not sure.

Is the big difference with silver the training plans?

yes, I think there are more plans available, but if you already have a plan you are going to follow, it's probably not worth the extra $

yes, I think there are more plans available, but if you already have a plan you are going to follow, it's probably not worth the extra $

So I think I'll wait and upgrade when I want the extra plans.

It's funny.  I started calling Griffin "little cat" when we got him because he is younger and much smaller than Taji.  Now he is bigger and I still call him little cat. He went through a growth spurt and he's getting really big.  Of course, he hasn't quite figured out that he is bigger than her.

a) The Bay Area Rocks

b) Welcome back from Vacation, Beth... my children are in DSM with my parents for a couple more days, apparently a lot of pent-up grandparenting is getting taken care of

c) I'm downloading John McLaughlin's "Floating Point" - what a MONSTER record.

d) oh, and the way my bod feels, I think 50 arrived a little over 3 years early Yell

I hear you Scott.  Just turned 44, and long runs sure seem tough.  I used to be able to run forever.  Now my HR gets super high after running 4+ miles.
