Oh I have no trouble with invisible things existing.,..

Just trying to work out whether they would have a physical mass as such... or whether that property just applies to ghosty things....

Well gee. That suxs. I think that a call to the doctor might be in order. If you were doing OK, but then it got worse, maybe they need to take a look at you, or at least talk to them and see what they say.
