I just wanted to let you know that the planks are wreking havoc on the nerves in my wrist and elbow, so I came up with a new exercise regimine that's still challenging, totals 4 min per day, and attacks the core.
1. Squat thrusts (# in 1 min) 2. Modified V-Up (# in 1 min) 3. Crunch (# in 1 min) 4. Prone cobera (total 1 min)
If there are any concerns please let me know, but I think that in terms of exercise difficulty this is a pretty good trade. |
