kcarroll - 2010-10-09 3:40 PM Slight miscalculation on my route today, so it was 21 rather than the 20 I'd planned.

Great job, Kim!

mndymond - 2010-10-09 7:36 PM I'm planning next season already...ya...

This is what Kona has done to me...

I want to run like Raelert. Sigh.

Lol. I'm lying here with a training plan skeleton...and eating some almonds...

Life is good. I think that exam had me stressed more than I realised...7 days till the marathon....

Do we think doing another marathon at the beginning of May and then doing IMLP at the end of July is a good decision..?

Hmmm..I'm going to use some of my coach/experienced friends once I have a cohesive plan...

I would advise against it.  That's still pretty close to IM.  While you would have plenty of time to recover, you lose out on a lot of prime training weeks with the taper and recovery involved with the mary

wgraves7582 - 2010-10-09 7:21 PM Well that is all the random thoughts I have for the night.

Alabama lost - shocking to me - The Ohio State University will be #1 in the country now - think they can hold it Neal?

They'll hold it until they head to Iowa City on Nov. 20

Sigh. I guess if both IronSherpa Kim and IronNeal advise against it then I should focus on IMLP. Haha. Ok...fair enough.

Looks like I have extra travel money to go somewhere else...(in theory...Cool)

I love triathlon.

I'm just going to say it now...because I miss triathlon already...and next April-May I'm probably going to feel less lovingly towards it...

(I give you permission to use this statement against me in the future)

Haha.

I hope you Ghoulies are having a good weekend!

I just wanted to let you know that the planks are wreking havoc on the nerves in my wrist and elbow, so I came up with a new exercise regimine that's still challenging, totals 4 min per day, and attacks the core.

1. Squat thrusts (# in 1 min)
2. Modified V-Up (# in 1 min)
3. Crunch (# in 1 min)
4. Prone cobera (total 1 min)

If there are any concerns please let me know, but I think that in terms of exercise difficulty this is a pretty good trade.
