VP agreed with changing course on next steps, which is good, since I was in total agreement with that from the start...it was probably a little uncomfortable for my director, since he had different ideas. I'll take it, though Outta here...off to the dentist and a week off of work. Not to worry...I'm addicted enough to check in periodically... I really DO need to catch up on inspires, though...I've let them get behind |

Has anyone heard of Christina Gandolfo... Found a book on Human Kinetics website for the Woman Triathlete. maybe I should just try some of the free books at the library first... Guess first, I've got to find a way to get away from this computer and MOVE!!! Yes, I have the Gandolfo book, and found it quite useful. Not bad for a beginner, either. If it's at the library by all means make use of it. |
